Leadership Keynote Speaking
Not your average (Boring) Lecture.
The best crowd-pleasers are ones that inspire action.
People like when I talk about…
the future of work
Adopting hybrid workplaces: Leaders are desperate to get back to face-to-face teams, but employees feel differently. Learn how to navigate the modern workplace and retain teams who see working from home as the baseline. The companies that will succeed are the ones who put their people first, not just go back to what’s easiest for leaders.
Create internal culture: Companies with healthy cultures have three times greater total returns to shareholders. Learn what makes a culture healthy and how to design your own. Bring your community alive without physically co-locating. This interactive session includes practical framework takeaways for your own custom culture.
solo to CEO
Overcome your fears: Solopreneurs and small business owners often get stuck around the same spot… “Am I ready to lead?” Identify your personal leadership style and learn how to leverage proven strategies to build and grow a team that supports you. More freedom and flexibility–less doing everything day to day. “Make the leap to confident CEO”.
my stroke of genius
The gift without a bow: Don’t wait for a life-altering event to motivate you to make important changes (like I did). Learn how to build tiny habits to free up space; how to delegate effectively to regain control of your time; and getting comfortable with being rather than doing–just a few of the lessons I learned from having a stroke at 33. Got a piano? Ask Kate for the ‘musical keynote’ version (yep, she sings and plays).
Get clear and feel empowered.
Organizations of all sizes bring me in to catalyse positive change among leadership, teams, and peers alike. By the end of a talk, the goal is for you and your audience to walk away feeling empowered from a better sense of your personal leadership style and clarity on the specific actions to take next.
From my experience, lecturing people gets us nowhere fast.
But learning to embrace vulnerability, sharing stories, and even a little play can catalyse real change–no matter the size of the audience.
I cater my sessions to best suit your group, so there’s no need to worry if you have a tough crowd. Even if your participants aren’t the most willing, my educated guess is that we can get them on board within a few minutes.
Don’t take my word for it, hear what clients have to say!
The Zenith Journey approach
I’m of the belief that we’re all on an endless journey, but the goal is to move forward instead of back. To kickstart that momentum, we need to shed anything that’s not serving the mission.
We need to forget labels. Ignore the shoulds and imposed expectations of what makes a team or a leader truly successful. Instead, focus on kickstarting sustainable momentum that feels good for your team.
Tap into my combined experience as a corporate facilitator, yoga teacher, and on-stage performer for speaking engagements that leave an audience buzzing (if I can say so myself!).
My priority is to create immersive, customised experiences for your audience. I come in with a plan, but have done this work long enough to know when to pivot before the curtains open for a better outcome. While other speakers might stick to their script regardless of how it’s perceived in the moment, I read the room and always give something impactful, relatable, and tangible–because inspired action drives growth in the end.
Even if you think you’ve seen it all, I promise you haven’t experienced this.
