Our corporate leadership training and coaching workshops are designed with the brain in mind. We aim at creating and delivering learning solutions that have an authentic impact in the way people and teams think and perform. Below is a short description of our main areas of expertise. These are not standard workshops - we design each training experience to meet our clients' unique needs.
Using the latest research in neuroscience and positive psychology, we design leadership development workshops aimed at increasing managers' level of self-awareness and supporting them in building the most authentic and effective leadership strategies and approaches for their teams. We also support leaders individually, through executive coaching.
Teams are, just like individuals, unique. Each team has its own personality, dynamics and goes through various stages of growth before it reaches its maximum potential. We work with teams to help members assess the ways in which they interact with each other and find new ways to leverage each other's strengths, while increasing team effectiveness.
From Vision to Outcome any company has to build it's path keeping in balance two delicate threads - Structure (strategy, objectives, plans) and Culture (values, principles, behaviours). Often these two dimensions become mis-aligned. Our Organisation Culture and Effectiveness assessments and subsequent OD interventions support our clients in bringing Structure and Culture into harmony.
